Investment Types
- A minimum investment of $1.05 million in a qualifying commercial enterprise
- A minimum investment of $800,000 in a Targeted Employment Area (TEA) with the promise of creating at least 10 full-time jobs for US citizens within 2 years

- Submit your I-526 Petition. Prepare forms, and provide evidence of your investment for the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services.
- Following the approval of the I-526 Petition, apply for conditional permanent residency status either through the I-485 or DS-260 form.
- Submit the I-829 Petition within 90 days before the second anniversary of your conditional permanent residence status.
- Provide evidence of physical presence requirements. You can’t stay outside of the US for more than 1 year without obtaining a re-entry permit.
