Investment Types
You’re required to meet one of the following eligibility criteria, and then select one of the investment options.
- €600,000 contribution for the main applicant with 36 months of residence requirement
- €10,000 contribution to any organization approved by the Community Malta Agency
OR
- €750,000 contribution for the main applicant with 12 months of residence requirement
- €10,000 contribution to any organization approved by the Community Malta Agency
- The purchase of a property held for a minimum of 5 years and worth at least €700,000
- 5 years of lease agreement signed for a residential property at a minimum value of €16,000 per annum
Malta Citizenship By Investment Application
- Complete the preliminary questionnaire and provide your and your family’s passport copies. This document is required to conduct preliminary due diligence checks.
- Once the due diligence process is completed, we’ll provide you with an engagement letter and a fee schedule.
- Sign the documents and resend them to us.
- Prepare all the documents for your residence permit application.
- Schedule the biometrics appointment for yourself and your family in Community Malta Agency (CMA).
- Get your Maltese residence permits.
- Pay the application fees and submit your citizenship application.
- Get your Letter of Approval in Principle after due diligence has been completed.
- Donate €750,000 to National Development and Social Fund to get your citizenship for 12 months residence in Malta, or €600,000 to get your citizenship for 36 months of residence requirement.
- Purchase of a property worth at least €700,000 and to hold for a minimum of five years, or five years of lease agreement signed for a residential property at a minimum value of €16,000 per annum
- €10,000 contribution to any organization approved by the Community Malta Agency
- Get your citizenship approval and Maltese passport.
