Portugal Golden Visa Application Through Fund Investment
- Choose the fund you’d like to invest in. Our local team will help you to select the fund based on your needs.
- Obtain a Portuguese non-resident tax number (NIF).
- Open a Portuguese bank account.
- Execute a Power of Attorney (optional).
- Fund managers will run Know Your Customer (KYC) process and determine if you’re a qualified investor.
- Transfer the investment amount and sign the fund participation form after the KYC checks.
- Prepare all required documents regarding the Golden Visa application.
- Submit your Golden Visa documentation online.
- Schedule the biometrics appointment for yourself and your family at a SEF office in Portugal.
- Pay the required fees.
- Receive the approval of the Golden Visa applications.
- Get your Golden Visa Residence Card/s.
- Apply for the renewal of the Golden Visa residence card/s (every 2 years).
- Be eligible for Portuguese citizenship application at the end of 5 years.
Cultural Donation
- Get a Portuguese tax number and open a Portuguese bank account.
- Select the project to which you want to make a donation; it must be approved by GEPAC.
- KYC process performed by entities to ensure compliance with the law.
- Collect the necessary documents.
- Submit your documentation to the ARI portal, which is an online portal of the immigration office.
- You will then be notified to travel to Portugal to deliver the biometric data.
- Once your application is approved, you will receive a residency card valid for 2 years.
- Renew your residency card every 2 years.
