- Determining the investment criteria and selecting the property through the help of our local team
- Reservation of the property: transfer a reservation fee and sign the reservation agreement
- Promissory Sale and Purchase Agreement
- Execution of Public Deed
- Scheduling of the biometrics appointment for the members of the family at a SEF office in Portugal and payment of Government Analysis processing fees
