According to the Great American Retirement Exodus Report, in 2023, more than 100,000 American retirees collected their Social Security checks from outside the United States, and the number keeps climbing. Not just because life abroad is cheaper, but because life at home has become harder to afford, harder to trust, and harder to enjoy.
