So it looks as though there are either / or options. Either invest €250,000 in a property OR deposit €400,000 with a Greek bank.
Is it that simple? Deposit €400k in a term deposit account and you can obtain a Golden Visa and be free to travel all year around Europe with no 90/180 rule.
Or do you have to buy a property?

I am thinking about the visa program. Can I clarify whether the visa gives holders to rights to stay in other Schengen countries for more than 90 days in sx months, or does the 90 day limit still apply?
